Thomas C. Page Center for Entrepreneurial Studies

Thomas C. Page Center for Entrepreneurship

Founded in 1994, the Page Center for Entrepreneurial Studies is one of only two undergraduate entrepreneurship programs in the country that is both ranked in the top 20 by Entrepreneur magazine and is part of a BusinessWeek top 20 public undergraduate business schools.  In 2008, the center has been recognized as the 16th ranked undergraduate program of the 2,300 programs in the nation.

The Page Center for Entrepreneurial Studies is focused on jump-starting the pursuit of students’ entrepreneurial aspirations.  Other than a diverse course load and innovative classroom experiences, students study and learn alongside business-practicing faculty as well as interact with successful business owners through projects, mentor programs and internship opportunities.  Such experiences help students develop their entrepreneurial outlook.

The Center provides:

  • 15 courses including self-created independent studies
  • 24 entrepreneurs who serve on our board to advise our program
  • The ECorps – more than 100 alumni who mentor, speak to classes, and help advise our students
  • A Student Venture Fund that funds current and former students’ business ideas
  • The John W. Altman Summer Internship places students into entrepreneurial businesses.
  • 50 experiential projects that students are involved with annually.

While the Center is focused on its current students, we provide alumni with ongoing regional networking events and business start-up assistance.  No matter how long it has been, we are your entrepreneurial home for life.
