I am Director of the International Studies Program and a professor in the Department of Political Science at Miami University. My research interests are in foreign policy analysis, Latin American foreign policy and small state international behavior. I teach in the areas of international politics, foreign policy analysis, international studies, Third World foreign policy, and Latin America.
