Registration Information
Please indicate your registration choices below. Enclose a check for the payment in full. Registration deadline: May 27. Save money by registering early. Discount deadline: May 15. Registrations received after May 15 must include the full fee. If we receive your check for a discounted registration fee after May 15, you will be notified and the balance will be payable when you check in.
Please complete the appropriate areas below if you need child care, a special diet, ASL translator, a personal hearing amplification device, or if you have access/mobility needs.
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Registrations cancelled by May 27 will receive a full refund.
Cancellations received between May 28 and June 4 will be refunded, less $10.
Cancellations received after June 4 are not eligible for refunds. Emergency requests will be considered individually.
Refunds will be processed after the Annual Gathering.
