Title:  A Chain Rule for Generalized Directional Derivatives

Optimization, a major area of application of differential calculus, also provides the motivation for developing a calculus for certain kinds of generalized derivatives. In this talk, I describe some of these generalized derivatives and show how to establish a chain rule for them.
