Congratulations are in order!

Danny has been awarded a Student Achievement in Research and Scholarship (STARS) Fellowship and has successfully presented his work looking at Fear Reconsolidation of Discriminated Contexts at a meeting of a consortium of Ohio STARS fellows and graduate program recruiters which was held at Cleveland State University in March.  Way to go, Danny!

Erin and Phil have both been awarded Miami University Undergraduate Summer Scholars awards to conduct research over the summer.  These are prestigious awards to support undergraduate research and mentorship and we are very proud of Erin and Phil for hard work and excellence in scholarship.  Congratulations Erin and Phil!

Jamie has been accepted to our Psychology PhD program in the Brain & Cognitive Sciences area and we are delighted to retain such a motivated, enthusiastic, bright and collaborative individual in the lab.  We are proud of you, Jamie, and look forward to seeing your productive graduate career unfold.  Keep up the fantastic job, Jamie!

We are also happy to welcome Chris Beeman into our Psychology PhD program in the Brain & Cognitive Sciences area.  Chris recently graduated from Wright State University where he had a stellar undergraduate career.  He has been awarded an Academic Achievement Award from Miami and shows great promise for becoming a stellar graduate student.  We all look forward to working with Chris throughout his graduate career.  Congratulations Chris!

Loren has submitted her first co-authored publication this week.  This is a great accomplishment and we all look forward to our continued collaboration with Loren and her future significant contributions to the field of classical conditioning.  Great job, Loren!
