Schattschneider is
internationally known for her work
with tesselations of the plane and
her exposition of M.C.Escher's art. She is the author of Visions of Symmetry, a study of the periodic drawings of M. C. Escher, and she has recently edited a centennial celebration of essays on M.C. Escher's Legacy. She will present two talks during the conference. Invited Speaker ![]() George W. Hart SUNY at Stony Brook, New York Professor Hart is a mathematician and an artist whose work will be displayed at the conference.
