Social Event

We plan to have a banquet during the conference in honor of Nigel Kalton on the occassion of his 60th birthday.
The banquet will be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2006.

The price for the banquet is $35 per person.

Menu selections are the following:

(A) - Chicken w/Creme Brie & Fruit - A delicious blend of Creme Brie, Apples, Cranberries, Onion and Chive in a tender Breast of Chicken with Calvados Glaze. Served on Fruit-studded Rice with steaming Haricot Vert.

(B) - "CC" Pistachio-encrusted Salmon - Salmon Filet, rolled in chopped Pistachios and baked to perfection, served with a delicate Leek - Lemon Cream, Mediterranean Couscous and Spiral Vegetables.

(C) - Vegetable Phyllo Turnover - Flavorful combination of Sun-dried Tomatoes, Artichoke Hearts, Leeks, Fresh Spinach and Gruyere Cheese, wrapped in tender Phyllo and served on Roasted Red Pepper Coulis with Root Vegetable Medley.   (this is a vegetarian dish - it can also be adjusted to satisfy vegan requirements upon request)

All selections include the dinner salad ("CC" Mixed Greens, Oranges, Dried Cranberries & Pecans w/Cranberry Vinaigrette), desert and house wines.


Please let us know if you have any special requirements or restrictions of the diet, we expect that we will be able to
accomodate most of them.

We would appreciate it if you could submit your menu selection and payment for the banquet together with your registration fees.
