Summer 2001
June 22-24. Cluster members will attend PFF working conference Boston MA. The Miami delegation includes: Beth Uhler (MU-Middletown), Shannon Maxwell (MU-Hamilton), Jim Bodle (College of Mount St. Joseph), Diana Punzo (Earlham), Robin Bartlett (NKU), Sandy Neumann (MU-grad student), Patty Mills (MU-grad student). At the conference, two Miami delegates (Jim Bodle and Sandy Neumann) will be on panels to facilitate discussion in break-out sessions on involvement of partner faculty, preparing students for service activities, and diversity.
August. Ayesha Shaikh, MU grad student and APA PFF scholar, will participate in a panel at APA in San Francisco for graduate students titled " Preparing for Faculty Positions---What You Need to Know"
Fall 2001
October. APA PFF Scholars will present at MidAmerica Conference on Teaching of Psychology and participate in a panel on Surviving in Graduate School
October 26. Dr. James Korn, Saint Louis University, colloquium on "Learning to Teach Psychology."
Nov. 15-18 APA PFF scholars and Teaching Practicum students will attend the Lilly Conference on College Teaching.
