Accommodations

As many of you know, we have few hotels in our small yet beautiful college town and they are booked most weekends well in advance. So with that in mind, we encourage you to book your accommodations ASAP.

Here are the names and numbers of the hotels/motels actually in town:

Hampton Inn  513-524-0114 (They are holding Six King Standard rooms until March 17^th) @  a special price of $85.00. Please mention OhioSPR2006. NOTE: Due to demand, we are only able to hold the rooms until March 17th. At the current time, there are no other rooms available other than the block that we are holding.

This resort area is about 20 minutes away from our campus , is  beautiful and has been a popular place for our attendees in the past. They were able to share cabins and walk or bicycle in the woods before or after the conference presentations. At this time there are plenty of rooms.

Regular room prices begin at $109.00. They also have fully equipped 2 bedroom (sleeps six) cabins that start at $149.00. A small group could share a cabin.

Alternatively, for students who are strapped for cash, our graduate students will be happy to provide free accommodations in their humble abodes. If you are interested in this option, please let us know ASAP.

And finally, we are 30 minutes from Hamilton, OH, one hour from Cincinnati, OH and one hour from Dayton, OH if you are interested in finding a hotel outside of Oxford.
