Poster Session

 

A poster session is scheduled for the morning of December 14. The poster boards and the room will be accessible for set-up at about 8:00AM and the session is tentatively schduled for 9:30 - 11:30 (depending on participation), at which time a deli lunch will be served. Refreshments will be available throughout the day. The poster boards will measure 42 x 66 inches and should be taken down at the end of the conference.

While the title of this conference is in combinatorial chemistry, we envision the meeting to be one in which the organic chemists in the area can gather, share results and find ways to collaborate. As a result, any submissions of research in organic chemistry are welcome and encouraged.

In order to prepare, we need an accurate count of posters by November 22. Please send your abstract by that day (one abstract per poster). In the usual ACS format, we request the authors name (presenters highlighted) and affiliation, a title and about 200 words. We will distribute the abstracts and will compile them as submitted. Abstracts can be submitted as electronic copy (Word or Acrobat), fax or hard copy.
