Audio/Visual Facilities

For spoken presentations, the following equipment and capabilities will be available:

• standard overhead projectors
• 35mm slide projectors
• Sharp Notevision computer-data projectors (these have standard VGA connections, if you have an ibook, please bring the VGA adaptor-connector)
• TV and VCR combos
• Ethernet access (set your browser to detect automatically as the IP addresses are dynamically assigned by our servers, i.e., dhcp for the connection)

For the poster presentations:

• cork poster boards with cork surface 66 inches wide by 42 inches high - the posterboards will be set up in the Heritage Room, Shriver Center after 3pm, Friday
• Push pins will be provided (they are not allowed on airlines!)
• please remove and clean off the poster boards after the session/banquet
